Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Good time management and organizational abilities.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings (if applicable).

Fluent in English and Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia (depending on business needs).

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.

Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and productivity.

Set team KPIs, monitor sales performance, and implement action plans to achieve targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
