Job Description

Requirements

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/site supervision

  2. Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations

  3. Able to read and interpret construction drawings

  4. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  5. Able to work independently and under pressure

  6. Possess a valid driving license

Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress

  2. Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications

  3. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors

  4. Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance with regulations

  5. Prepare site reports and progress updates

  6. Resolve site issues and ensure project timeline is achieve
