We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our growing team! If you are passionate about finance, leadership, and ensuring smooth accounting operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an added advantage

• Minimum [Insert Years] years of experience in accounting/finance role

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Good analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee full set of accounts and daily accounting operations

• Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and cash flow analysis

• Ensure timely closing of accounts and compliance with accounting standards

• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation processes

• Lead and guide the accounting team to achieve department goals

• Ensure proper documentation and internal control procedures are maintained
