• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in OTA, travel, or hospitality industry is an advantage)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Good understanding of online travel platforms, booking systems, and travel products
• Results‑oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) GDS system experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel when required
• We are looking for Business Development Executive based in Penang, Ipoh, Johor, Kelantan and Terengganu

Preferred Skills

• Experience dealing with hotels, airlines, or travel suppliers
• Knowledge of regional or international travel markets
• Ability to analyse sales performance and conversion metrics
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills

• Identify, develop, and onboard new business partners such as hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, and travel service providers
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing, and commissions with suppliers
• Manage and grow existing partner relationships to maximize revenue and retention
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify new opportunities
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to support promotions, campaigns, and new product launches
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and partnership acquisition targets
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management
• Monitor partner performance and optimize offerings based on sales data and KPIs
• Attend industry events, trade fairs, and networking sessions when required
