• Minimum SPM or equivalent

• Experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage

• Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)

• Able to handle customers professionally and patiently

• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure

KPI

• Quotation accuracy and turnaround time

• Customer response time and service quality

• Customer follow up effectiveness (conversion / feedback)

• Coordination efficiency with operations / outdoor sale team

• Accuracy in information provided to customer (pricing, lead time,etc)

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp

• Prepare and follow up on quotations based on customer requirements

• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with production team

• Liaise with operation team to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Monitor order status and update customers on delivery progress

• Maintain proper sales records and documentation

• Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers

• Support outdoor sales team when required
