Experience in admin / coordination / accounting roles
Familiar with Microsoft Excel / basic reporting

Handle basic accounting-related work (data entry, simple reports, documentation)
Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
Support office administrative operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned
MUST be able to drive and assist in errands when required
