Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
Possess basic accounting knowledge / experience
Basic knowledge in Microsoft office
Responsible, trustworthy, and well-organized
Able to handle confidential matters with professionalism
MUST have a valid driving license and willing to travel when required
Added advantage
Experience in admin / coordination / accounting roles
Familiar with Microsoft Excel / basic reporting
岗位职责
Assist management in daily administrative and coordination tasks
Handle basic accounting-related work (data entry, simple reports, documentation)
Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
Support office administrative operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned
MUST be able to drive and assist in errands when required
