岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
Engagement Management: Lead audit, tax, or accounting engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Review and Technical Support: Review work performed by associates and seniors, providing constructive feedback and coaching on technical issues.
Client Relations: Act as a key point of contact for clients, resolving issues, answering queries, and fostering professional relationships.
Risk and Compliance: Identify key audit areas, evaluate internal controls, and ensure adherence to professional standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and firm policies.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff to improve engagement efficiency and team development.
Reporting:Prepare or review financial statements, management reports, and final audit/tax reports.
