• Minimum 4 years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure operations, or related roles.

• Hands-on experience in enterprise or data center (IDC) network environments.

• Proven experience in network implementation, deployment, and maintenance projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of IP routing and switching technologies.

• Experience with routing protocols and VPN technologies, including OSPF, BGP, MPLS VPN, and related solutions.

• Hands-on experience with LAN/WLAN technologies such as Cisco, H3C, and Aruba in campus and data center environments.

• Familiarity with network security technologies, including Fortinet firewalls, WAF, NAC/ISE, and internet access control solutions.

• Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, and IP address management systems.

• Understanding of data center network architecture, physical network design, and implementation standards.

Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage)

• CCNP or equivalent certifications (Aruba/H3C).

• CCIE certification

• ITIL certification

• Conduct RCA, identify bottlenecks and SPOF, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and expansions.

• Ensure high availability, security, scalability, and optimal performance across all network systems.

• Develop and maintain network operational standards, policies, procedures, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network planning, implementation, and resource management.

• Monitor network performance through reporting and analytics tools to ensure operational efficiency and service reliability.

• Manage vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure SLA compliance and service quality.

• Drive automation initiatives and enhance monitoring capabilities and operational tooling.

• Support IT governance and project delivery to ensure timely and quality execution.
