Basic technical or mechanical knowledge

Experience operating printing or CNC machinery is an advantage

Able to use measuring tools and follow technical specifications

Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented

Able to work overtime when required

Operate and monitor CNC cutting machines and/or large format inkjet printing machines

Prepare materials and machine settings according to production requirements

Ensure print quality, color accuracy, and cutting precision meet company standards

Perform machine setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting

Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure smooth operation

Monitor production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time

Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies

Handle loading and unloading of materials safely and efficiently

Maintain proper usage of ink, media, blades, and other consumables

Record production output and report machine issues to supervisors

Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment

Work closely with production, design, and installation teams to ensure workflow efficiency
