Job Description
We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, create demand, and help prospective customers unlock opportunities at a level they may have not considered previously. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and turning untapped markets into revenue opportunities. Performance is measured through a blended KPI based on New customer acquisition and Repeat customer purchases.
What we are looking for
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly target-driven
- Confident in handling rejection and working under pressure
- Ability to communicate in English, Malay, and Chinese
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Passion for business development and client acquisition
岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, and online outreach
- Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly acquired clients
- Conduct negotiations and close sales opportunities
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently
- Gather market intelligence and provide competitor insights
- Create demand and promote complex or non-obvious solutions to customers
