Business Edge Malaysia is on the lookout for a driven, energetic, and people-loving Talent Acquisition Executive to help us grow our team of high-performing Recruitment Consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing

Talent Hunting & Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment process for Recruitment Consultant positions — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.

• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.

• Conduct engaging screening interviews to identify strong communication skills, sales potential, and cultural fit.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and hiring priorities.

• Keep candidates engaged and ensure they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Work collaboratively with business leaders to achieve hiring goals and timelines.

• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring insights to management.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.

• Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth new joiner experiences.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Campaigns

• Support employer branding initiatives across social media and recruitment platforms.

• Help promote our company culture, career opportunities, and team successes.

• Participate in recruitment drives, networking events, and career fairs when needed.
