• 拥有市场营销/电话销售或类似销售/客户服务工作经验者优先。
• 优秀的沟通能力、谈判能力，能够通过电话进行有效沟通。  
• 语言要求：优先考虑普通话和英语。
• 积极进取，乐于接受挑战，有上进心，独立且以结果为导向。  
• 具备在快速变化的环境中工作的能力。  
• 优先考虑普通话流利的候选人，因为该职位需要候选人与说普通话的客户打交道。  
• 愿意在吉隆坡武吉免登的现场工作

1.     Perform outbound calls to potential lead.   

2.     Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the quality standards.   

3.     Identify opportunities and close business deals, ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.   

4.     Explain YYC services / products / training programs to potential customers.   

5.     Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.   

6.     Secure stronger customer relationships and enlarge the customer base.   

7.     Following up new business opportunities.   

8.     Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.   

9.     Support marketing events / activities organized by company.   

10.  Proactively recommend ways to add value to clients and make existing processes simpler & better.   

11.  To drive sales performance and consistently meet targets.
