·        Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.

·        Minimum 2–4 years’ working experience in retail leasing, marketing, or F&B industry.

·        Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

·        Knowledge of Malaysia’s F&B trends and consumer dining behaviors.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Leasing (F&B Focus):

• Source, identify, and secure suitable F&B tenants (restaurants, cafés, kiosks, food courts).

• Negotiate leasing terms, rental rates, renewals, and tenancy agreements.

• Monitor and maintain healthy tenant mix to maximize property value.

• Conduct market research on F&B trends, competitors, and customer demands.

• Manage tenant relationships and ensure timely handover and fit-out of premises.

• Track tenant performance and support retention strategies.

Marketing (F&B Support):

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote F&B tenants and dining concepts.

• Plan joint promotions, seasonal campaigns, and mall-wide events with tenants.

• Manage digital and social media platforms to highlight F&B offerings.

• Coordinate with external agencies, media, and event partners.

• Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide regular performance reports.

• Support branding and positioning of the property as a food & lifestyle destination.
