Minimum 3 years of HR experiences
Prior experience in online travel, e‑commerce, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage
Strong knowledge of Employment laws, Industrial Relations and HR best practices
Hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑growing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and HRIS/HR software
岗位职责
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Executive to manage and enhance our HR operations in a fast‑paced online travel agency environment. This role will support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance, while partnering closely with management to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation, and exit)
Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HR systems and personnel files
Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
Recruitment & Talent Management
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for all levels, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and role requirements
Enhance employer branding and recruitment strategies suitable for a digital and OTA environment
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and disciplinary matters
Support grievance handling, counselling, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially
Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture
Performance Management & Development
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support managers in performance evaluations
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
Support succession planning and career development programs
Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with finance or external payroll vendors
Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance records
Support salary reviews, incentives, and commission structures aligned with business performance
HR Policies & Reporting
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook updates
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management decision‑making
Support HR audits and compliance reviews
