Experience

• At least one (1) year of working experience in food service, specifically as a service crew.

• Excellent interpersonal skill and moderately conversant in English

Skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skill 

• Basic English is an advantage

• Aids in ensuring orderly Restaurant operations through strictly following service sequence and standards.

• Ensures to deal with customers and customer complaints in a diplomatic manner, and appropriately escalates such instances to the Restaurant Supervisor.

• Promotes good branding image of the unit through ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

• Ensure the Restaurant is always kept clean. Check Restaurant furnishings for damages and promptly informs the Unit Manager of such damages to facilitate proper repair.

• Check the cleanliness of service equipment.

• Check tables and table set-up. Ensures fast turn around and cleaning of table when customers leave the restaurant.

• Keep the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor of any issues related to service.

• Adheres to the company’s policy on grooming.

• Ensures to comply with all Health and Safety Standards as required and published by the management.
