Minimum Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Technical Skills include basic to intermediate Excel

Knowledge of shipping documentation

Understanding of air, sea, and land transport

Strong coordination and communication

Detail-oriented and organized

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving mindset

Able to read Mandarin logistics documents

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, land)

Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery (OTD)

Liaise with clients, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams

Prepare and manage shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoice, packing list)

Handle customs clearance coordination where required

Track inventory movements and update WMS/ERP systems

Resolve operational issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies

Support daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch)

Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly reports

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
