1. Language proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.

2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.

  3. Able to issue FIT and group tickets.

1.       Responsible for the effective and efficient operations of customer relations.

2.       Ticketing and reception functions whilst ensuring delivery of exceptional services to our customers.

3.       Good knowledge in Airlines Products & Services

4.       Good knowledge in Abacus or Sabre

5.       Quoting airfares & ticketing related tour fares to clients.

6.       Reservation & Confirmation of Ticketing for customers.

7.       Computer literate in MS Office applications.

8.       Issue Exchange Order / Invoices for ticketing process.

9.       Actively involved in the Corporate Ticketing, Inbound, Outbound Incentives & FIT market for both individuals & Corporate clients.

10.   Serve all customers professionally through telephone and visit clients.
