  • Minimum qualification with Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication & Marketing or related field.

  • Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing environments.

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office or its equivalent.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Personable, responsible, mature, sensitive, confident and well presented.

  • Highly motivated with a sincere commitment to quality improvement.

  • Excellent team player, coordinator and facilitator.

  • Able to portray an image of high quality of the hospital to the Patients and/or Visitors.

  • Must be able to deal with staff at all levels of the organization.

岗位职责

1) SUMMARY OF DUTIES

To assure the profitability and growth of the Hospital through strategic marketing and effective execution of the marketing plans. He/she is responsible for helping to achieve the strategic vision and business goals through a comprehensive integrated marketing program inclusive of advertising, social media marketing and website coordination. Responsible for Internal and External branding, handling of corporate clients, GPs and general public through frequent corporate visits, public awareness programmes and health screening. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers. Participate in the negotiation process for hospital’s pricing and understand the details of packages. Aim to meet or exceed targets as dictated by the Management.

2) JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify prospects through relevant source of information i.e., media, internet directories/SSM. Communicate, schedule for a corporate visit and aim to convert the prospective clients into new clients.

  • Understanding Corporate Clients by Financial Class; Manage Care Organization, Insurance, Public Listed Company and Financial.

  • To aim potential sales growth of 10% on yearly basis; Must be goal oriented and can demonstrate the ability to achieve goals in a team environment.

  • Prepare the following information on daily and weekly basis; Daily visit report, Weekly summary visit report and Client Database report.

  • Presentation on Monthly Performance.

  • Strong project management experience with results-oriented focus. Must understand the creative process and how to get projects done.

  • To initiate health related campaign that is relevant to the health calendar, community or specific topic.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated team player and persuasive presenter who can work well with others using tact and diplomacy; consistently delivers high level of customer service.

  • To recommend and pre-assess the viability of the prospective clients

  • To ensure competitiveness and not isolated due to either too high or too low in pricing gap.

  • To understand admission and discharge process, billing process and policies for cash paying patients, those under GL and insurance/MCO/PLC/Financial.

  • Responsible to market and disseminate information to target audience of new services Work requires the ability to effectively manage multiple marketing communications projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conformance to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, 5S and / or Hospital Accreditation requirements.

  • Prompt and effective action in taking corrective measures in cases of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, 5S and / or Hospital Accreditation non-conformance.

  • Achievement of satisfactory department performance on the external and internal audits.

  • Responsible and accountable to achieve the needs of the patient’s and family’s rights at all times.

  • To ensure compliance at all points of engagement at all times.

  • To adhere to Standard People Practice (SPP) at all times.

  • To assist in any other responsibility as deemed necessary by the PR/Marketing, and General Manager.
