任职资格
Must have SPM or equivalent qualification.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree is required for expats.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.
At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (especially those with degrees in Mass Communication, English, or related fields).

Provide excellent support to customers via phone, chat and email.
Assist with online orders, inquiries, and issue resolution.
Handle payments and sensitive data securely.
Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude at all times.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on products and meet performance KPIs.
