Job Type: Contract (Urgent, Immediate Hiring)

Pay: From Basic + Good Commission

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and drive sales of new car - GAC & AION (EV Car)

  • Participate in roadshows, sales activities and launching events

  • Manage the daily sales prospecting

  • Comply with company’s guidelines and procedures

  • Provide a consistently high level and memorable customer service

  • Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the branch sales target

Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license

  • Minimum SPM qualification

  • Candidate with sales experience in motor trade industry is an added advantage

  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in sales & services industry

  • Candidates with own car is an added advantage

  • Willing to work long hours

  • Able to work at the location as advertised

GAC & AION CAR | Electric Vehicle Sales | Automotive Industry Malaysia

岗位职责

As a Sales Advisor, you will represent GAC in providing customers with a memorable car‑buying experience. You will be responsible for promoting GAC vehicles, managing sales leads, and achieving sales targets.

  • Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles

  • Promote and sell both electric and conventional cars, with a focus on EV features, benefits, and ownership experience

  • Explain technical aspects of electric vehicles, including battery range, charging options, maintenance, and cost savings

  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations

  • Stay updated on the latest EV trends, incentives, and competitor offerings

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

  • Comply with the company’s guidelines and procedures

  • Provide a consistently high level and memorable customer service

  • Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the branch sales target

  • Maintain showroom standards and ensure vehicles are well-presented

  • Experience selling electric or hybrid vehicles

  • Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure.
