Minimum 5 years of experience in the design & build industry (residential)

Proficient in producing full set construction technical drawings

Able to produce and control 3D drawings and design outcomes

Strong space planning skills with creative and functional thinking

Experience in client-facing roles with good communication skills

Solid problem-solving ability, especially in details and materials selection

Knowledge in commercial design is an advantage

Basic BOQ knowledge is an advantage

Self-motivated, well-organised, and a strong team player

Manage and execute projects throughout the entire design process, from concept to completion

Develop creative and functional space planning ideas tailored to client needs

Produce full sets of construction technical drawings that are workable and site-ready

Create and present 3D drawings to communicate design intent clearly

Lead clients through the design journey with confidence and clear communication

Solve on-site and design challenges related to details and material selection

Prepare and manage Basic Bill of Quantities (BOQ) where required

Execute design processes in accordance with company SOP

Collaborate effectively within the team to ensure project delivery
