• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

• Experience in content creation (photo/video shooting & editing)

• Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe (basic level is acceptable)

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends

• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Content Creation

• Plan and produce engaging photo and video content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

• Shoot and edit content (reels, short videos, promotional visuals)

• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and current trends

• Assist in content calendar planning and scheduling

Social Media Management

• Manage daily posting on all social media platforms

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement

• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to content

Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches

• Collaborate with operations team for in-store promotions

• Assist in running ads (Meta/TikTok) if required

• Track and report campaign performance

Branding & Creative

• Maintain consistent brand tone, visuals, and messaging

• Suggest new ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement

• Work on simple design materials (posters, menu visuals, etc.)
