Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
• Experience in events, media, advertising, or entertainment industry is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Able to work independently and manage multiple opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
• Work closely with internal teams to develop event concepts and solutions for clients
• Support negotiations, deal structuring, and closing of partnerships
• Attend networking events and industry functions to expand business reach
• Contribute to revenue growth and company expansion strategies
