• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field

• 3–5 years HR experience (employee relations & disciplinary handling)

• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices

• Experience in misconduct cases and HR documentation

1. Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end hiring (sourcing to onboarding)

• Work with hiring managers on manpower planning

2. Employee Relations & Discipline

• Handle disciplinary cases and performance issues

• Prepare HR letters and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws

• Maintain proper documentation

3. General HR Functions

• Support HR policies and procedures

• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding
