Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field

1–2 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin

Strong problem-solving skills and patience

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)

Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media

Provide accurate information about products or services

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions

Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.) to resolve issues

Support order processing, tracking, and after-sales service

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
