Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of HR experience is an added advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Well-versed in Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act, and related regulations
Experience with payroll software is an advantage
Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of employees
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Willing to be based in Seberang Jaya, Penang
岗位职责
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management, leave management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters
Handle full payroll processing and administration
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies (LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, JTK, Immigration, etc.)
Ensure company policies, procedures, and compliance with labour regulations are properly implemented
Manage foreign worker matters (permit renewal, passport renewal, and related processes)
Maintain and update payroll systems and HR databases
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of employee documentation
Liaise with management and staff to address HR-related queries
Organise staff engagement activities and initiatives
Support ad-hoc HR projects assigned by management
