*Develop design concepts, space planning & layout

*Prepare AUTOCAD & AI House 3D visuals

*Meet clients & propose design ideas

*coordinate with contractors & suppliers

*Manage projects from concept to completion

1. Client Consultation & Concept Development

Meet clients to understand needs, lifestyle, budget, and preferences

Translate ideas into design concepts (themes, mood boards, color schemes)

Provide professional advice on space planning and aesthetics

2. Space Planning & Layout Design

Create functional layouts (2D plans, furniture arrangement)

Optimize space usage (especially for small units / Airbnb / condos)

Ensure flow, ergonomics, and practicality

3. Design Execution & Visualization

Develop 3D renderings / perspective drawings

Select materials, finishes, colors, lighting, and furniture

Prepare design presentations for client approval

4. Project Coordination & Site Management

Work with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and suppliers

Monitor renovation progress and ensure design is followed

Solve on-site issues (measurement errors, material delays, etc.)

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare quotations and cost estimates

Source materials within budget

Avoid overspending while maintaining design quality

6. Procurement & Styling

Source furniture, decor items, lighting, and accessories

Handle ordering, delivery, and installation

Final styling (make the space “Instagram / Airbnb ready”)

7. Documentation & Technical Drawings

Produce detailed drawings (e.g., carpentry, electrical layout, ceiling plan)

Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards

8. Client Relationship Management

Provide updates and maintain communication

Handle feedback and revisions professionally

Ensure client satisfaction from start to finish
