·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       1 – 2 years of knowledge on education counselling is an advantage

· Advise students on course selection, career pathways, and study options

· Provide guidance on universities in Malaysia and overseas (e.g. UK, Australia, US, Canada, Singapore, Ireland)

· Communicate effectively with students and parents on suitable education pathways

· Support application, documentation, and admission processes

· Follow up on enquiries and maintain strong student relationships, with regular updates in the CRM system

· Participate in education fairs, school visits, and marketing activities

· Stay up to date with partner universities and programme offerings, and proactively share relevant information to drive enrolment
