Job Description

Requirements

  • 至少持有SPM证书。

  • 无需工作经验；欢迎应届毕业生申请。

  • 能够以华语、马来语和英语进行沟通。

  • 拥有自己的交通工具。

  • 愿意接受轮班制工作，并在公共假期和周末工作。

  • 工作时间：GPC团队 早班上午9点至下午7点，午班下午1点至11点，晚班下午11点至早上9点（三班制）。

Responsibilities

  • 处理来自 WhatsApp、在线客服和社交媒体的客户回复。

  • 解决客户疑问。

  • 处理来自官网和其他平台的客户订单。

  • 管理库存。
