Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Willingness to learn
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask
Proficiency in computer skills
Knowledge in PMS-IDB reservation systems is an added advantage
Able to work varying shifts (inc. Mornings, Evenings, Nights, Weekends & Public Holidays)
岗位职责
Responsible for warmly welcoming & assisting guests upon their arrival
Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Handling check-in and check-out process, and cashiering tasks
Handling reservations for rooms, badminton court and meeting rooms
Update guest’s requests promptly
Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams on guest feedback
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the General Secretary and department heads
