Multimedia Designer

Build visuals that actually matter.

We are looking for a creative, detail-driven Multimedia Designer who understands that good design is not decoration. It is communication. If you enjoy turning ideas into visuals that people stop scrolling for, this role is for you.

You will work closely with our Admin, Marketing, and Operations teams to create visual content that strengthens our brand, supports campaigns, and enhances how the public experiences our healthcare services.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred, but strong fresh graduates with solid portfolios are welcome.

• Practical proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Photography and videography skills including shooting, editing, and basic retouching.

• Experience or knowledge in other creative or software-related tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, Figma, UI/UX tools, motion graphics, or content management platforms will be a strong advantage.

• Ability to work independently while also taking direction and feedback professionally.

• Willing to relocate or commute to Bintulu.

What You Will Do

• Design engaging social media content and digital advertisements that are visually strong and strategically sound.

• Create marketing materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and promotional assets for both online and offline use.

• Edit, retouch, and optimise photos for social media, campaigns, and branding purposes.

• Produce creative visuals for company events including invitations, banners, and event posters.

• Assist with basic video editing and short-form video content for digital platforms.

• Collaborate across teams to ensure visuals align with business goals, timelines, and brand direction.

• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

• Stay current with design trends, content styles, and digital best practices. We expect curiosity, not complacency.
