Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Knowledge in logistic and supply chain management, and international shipping procedure.

• Strong working knowledge of computerized MRP system, computer skills and application software is essential.

• Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Skills

• Some experience in F&B, retail operations or administration.

• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace (Exce, Word, PowerPoint, etc)

• Independent and with capacity to work on own-initiative.

• Strong organisational, paperwork and reporting skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with outlets and suppliers.

• Support day-to-day trade activities such as updated daily, weekly and monthly sales report, inventory report, stock variance, pricing updated in system, maintaining information files and processing paperwork, analysis the sponsorship, entertainment has been incurred by the sales team vs actual sales for all outlets.

• Prepare weekly summary reports for Operations Manager (cc to Owner).

• Track stock usage, wastage, expiry dates and variances across outlets.

• Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

• Works closely and coordinate with Marketing Managers on the sales event or activities, outstanding issues with the related department.

• Handle paperwork for promotions and events (discount approvals, supplier agreements, marketing collateral).

• Coordinate supplier orders, logistics and deliveries based on Operations Manager’s feedback.

• Manage staff’s duty rosters, leave applications, payroll input, service point calculation, etc.

• Maintain compliance documents such as outlet licenses, permit and SOP manuals.

• To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required, directed or instructed by superiors.
