Job Description

Requirements

  • This role is open to Malaysian citizens only

  • Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent

  • Must have recent relevant experience in F&B operations

  • Supervisory experience is preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Able to manage operations and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth service and workflow.

  • Lead, guide, and support team members to achieve service standards.

  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and provide on-the-job coaching.

  • Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.

  • Assist in staff scheduling, shift planning, and task allocation.

  • Support management in improving operational efficiency and service quality.

  • Oversee daily closing procedures and basic reporting when required.
