任职资格

  • This role is open to Malaysian citizens only

  • Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent

  • Experience in F&B service is an advantage

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well-groomed with professional appearance

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Manage restaurant seating arrangements and table reservations.

  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus when needed.

  • Assist in handling guest enquiries and basic service requests.

  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth table turnover.

  • Maintain a clean and organised reception or waiting area.

  • Ensure guests have a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
