岗位职责
Assist senior sushi chefs in preparing ingredients for omakase service, including washing, cutting, portioning, and organising fresh seafood and other ingredients
Support sushi preparation tasks such as handling fish, preparing garnishes, and basic assembly of sushi items under supervision
Maintain sushi station mise en place, ensuring all ingredients, rice, sauces, and tools are ready before service
Assist in preparing sushi rice with correct texture, temperature, and seasoning consistency
Support precise knife work, ensuring ingredients are prepared with uniformity and attention to detail
Assist in plating and presentation of sushi dishes, focusing on cleanliness, balance, and visual appeal
Maintain strict hygiene standards at all times, including cleaning of tools, work surfaces, and equipment
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and freshness control of all seafood and ingredients
Follow instructions from senior chefs accurately and maintain consistency with restaurant standards
Support smooth kitchen operations during service, especially during peak dining hours
