Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales or Accounting & Finance related field.

• Understanding of cost element (material & labor) & cost accounting principles.

• Preferable candidate with working experience in FMCG field.

• Willing to work at Kulim Hi-Tech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM): Regularly verify that the components and quantities listed in the costing sheet match the actual production recipe.

• Maintain Direct Labor & Overhead Cost: Update the direct labour & overhead cost based on the usage for each product.

• Maintain Yield Rate: Verify the yield rate and update into the costing sheets for each product across R&D run, trial run, pilot run, and actual production.

• New Product Costing Calculation: Calculate the cost of new product based on the R&D recipe and packaging method provided.

• Quote Preparation: Calculate the cost based on client enquiries and requirements then suggest a selling price.

• Record Master Listing: Record all the calculated costing in to Master Listing for future review.

• Special Price Requisition: Handle special price requisition form request by sales person, ensure all the information regarding cost are correct before proceed to management approval.

• Open-Book Costing: maintain "Open-Book" records where the contract manufacturing client is allowed to see the overall cost structures.

• Ad-Hoc Task: undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management to support urgent plant requirements and strategic decision-making
