• YELAOSHR Education Group is a fast-growing education organisation dedicated to developing innovative learning programmes and empowering educators to become edupreneurs. We are expanding our network of learning centres and are looking for a Franchise Business Development Executive to support our franchise growth and partner development.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.

• 1–3 years working experience in business development, franchise development, sales, or education industry is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in business development or franchising are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia.

• Strong coordination and organisational skills.

• Able to travel for meetings, site visits, and franchise support when required.

• Possess own transport is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently.

Franchise Development

• Identify and engage potential franchise partners interested in opening education centres.

• Conduct presentations and meetings to introduce the company’s franchise concept and programmes.

• Assist in developing strategies to expand the network of learning centres.

Franchise Setup & Launch

• Coordinate with internal teams to support the setup and opening of new franchise centres.

• Assist franchise partners in understanding the company’s systems, programmes, and operational requirements.

Franchisee Support

• Maintain communication with franchise partners and provide guidance on operations and development.

• Support franchisees in implementing company standards and programmes.

Business Development

• Assist in organising business presentations, events, or franchise briefing sessions.

• Build relationships with potential partners and industry stakeholders.

• Support the management team in developing strategies for franchise expansion and growth.
