• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Computer literate and basic math skills.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.

• Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find suitable outfits.

• *Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.

• *Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required.

• *Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.

• *Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.

• *Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat, and inviting at all times.

• *Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.

• *Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity

• .*Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

• *Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.

• Responsible for customer’s overall in store experience by providing customer service

• Understanding customer’s needs, recommend suitable apparels to suite customer’s need, and offer alternative to customer.

• Maintain, replenish and upkeep of store according to brand image and Standards.

• Actively maintains a global brand image.

• Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
