Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above
Excellent customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and basic math skills.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find suitable outfits.
*Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
*Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required.
*Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
*Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
*Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat, and inviting at all times.
*Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.
*Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity
.*Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
*Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.
岗位职责
Responsible for customer’s overall in store experience by providing customer service
Understanding customer’s needs, recommend suitable apparels to suite customer’s need, and offer alternative to customer.
Maintain, replenish and upkeep of store according to brand image and Standards.
Actively maintains a global brand image.
Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
