Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in manufacturing is an advantage

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment

Familiarity with safety standards and quality control practices

Ability to read technical drawings or work instructions

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good teamwork and communication skills

Willingness to work in shifts, if required

Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems is a plus)

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes

Perform routine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of machinery

Support production activities to meet daily output and quality targets

Conduct basic maintenance and report any equipment issues or breakdowns

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines

Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications

Record production data and maintain accurate documentation

Assist engineers in process improvements and problem-solving activities

Ensure proper handling of materials and maintain a clean working environment

Support inventory control and material usage tracking
