Role Description
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Engineer specializing in Automatic Doors, responsible for developing and managing sales, primarily in the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
This role will work closely with multiple business units to drive revenue growth, build strategic customer relationships, and establish strong market presence across Singapore..
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies across commercial, retail, and hospitality markets
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, including corporate, property, retail, and hospitality clients
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and key accounts
Conduct client presentations, site visits, and proposal negotiations
Review technical drawings and use AutoCAD to support proposal development, basic layouts, and solution presentations
2. Account & Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with decision makers, including property managers, mall operators, hotel groups, and commercial developers
Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
3. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management
Contribute insights to pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies
