Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel to various locations for site scouting as required

Have relevant experience in property management - idealy in scouting. Open to fresh graduate.

Familiarity with tenancy and license agreements is an advantage.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, landlords, and vendors

Strategic Site Scouting: Source and identify high-potential locations for BSC Locker installations and prepare compelling site proposals for management approval.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Management Offices, Leasing Teams, Landlords, and Legal representatives to streamline site approvals.

Feasibility & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure technical and commercial suitability for locker placement.

Contractor & Technical Coordination: Lead site visits with contractors and assist in developing Bills of Quantities (BQ) to ensure accurate project quotations.

Legal & Negotiation: Facilitate the preparation of Letters of Offer (LOO) and Tenancy/License Agreements, including negotiating terms and conditions to secure favorable deals.

Field Mobility: Travel actively to various locations for scouting and site assessments to meet expansion targets.
