Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales are a plus.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively present our services and convince potential customers.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
Familiarity with Google Drive and proficiency in using technology for call management and record-keeping is an added advantage.
岗位职责
Conduct calls to potential clients and introduce our bank loan advisory services, focusing on bank loan applications.
Collect necessary information from prospects to assess their eligibility and assist them with the application.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, and conversion rates.
