  • Update product listings and stock on TikTok & Shopee
  • Print waybills and manage daily order processing
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle return cases and inspect returned items
  • Coordinate with warehouse for order fulfillment
  • Ensure smooth daily operations
