We are looking for a highly driven and adaptable Operation person to support Management in daily operations while gaining hands-on exposure across project management, business operations, and commercial activities.

This role is designed for individuals who are keen to learn, take ownership, and develop a strong foundation in business management within a fast-paced trading environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

1. Executive & Administrative Support

• Assist Management in day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping

2. Project Management & Coordination

• Assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
• Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are met

3. Operations Exposure

• Support daily business operations including order processing and logistics coordination
• Assist in improving workflows and operational efficiency
• Monitor and report operational issues or bottlenecks

4. Commercial & Business Support

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and client presentations
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Support sales and business development activities where required

5. Data & Reporting

• Compile and analyze data for management reporting
• Track project progress, operational performance, and key metrics
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of information

6. Cross-Functional Learning

• Gain exposure across multiple departments (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.)
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by Management
• Continuously learn and adapt to different business functions
