Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Aesthetics (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC) or Diploma in Nursing, Biomedical Science, or related fields

Experience in aesthetic devices, beauty therapy, or treatment protocols preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Customer-focused, confident with hands-on treatments, and comfortable with frequent client visits.

Ability to travel when required.

Conduct aesthetic device demonstrations, treatments, and user training for customers.

Support the sales team with product demos, trade shows, after-sales training, and basic technical support.

Prepare training materials and deliver clear, engaging product presentations.

Visit clients regularly to support the salesperson and provide training updates.

Develop and refine treatment protocols using our aesthetic devices.

Build strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing product guidance.

Respond to customer enquiries and ensure excellent service follow-up.
