Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
Willing to work on weekend and support events/ courses (if needed)
岗位职责
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin (and English when needed).
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide product or service information to customers clearly and professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
