  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in any field

  • Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory , basic english needed

  • Execute account transactions within specified targeted time frame.

  • Verify bank accounts are prepared to support and configured to business website

  • collaborate with cross departments in resolving customer related concerns

  • Fullfil daily reporting requirements, various checklists, and task assigned by supervisor
