Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain support.

• Diploma or bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of logistics planning, inventory control, and operational coordination.

• Experience in food manufacturing or related industries is an advantage.

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Halal standards is an added advantage.

• Possession of a GDL License is a plus.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP/logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily logistics operations, including scheduling, delivery arrangements, and inventory updates.

• Support planning of manpower allocation and logistics activities to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control and documentation.

• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation providers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.

• Assist in maintaining proper documentation for shipments, invoices, and logistics records.

• Support compliance with HACCP, GMP, and HALAL standards in logistics processes.

• Communicate with third-party logistics providers to track shipments and resolve basic operational issues.

• Prepare basic logistics reports and update performance data as required.

• Handle administrative duties related to logistics operations.
