Job Summary

Responsible for achieving personal sales targets and goals set bythe company through excellent professional skin care service (both technical and consultation) as well as working diligently in giving the salon operational support.

Competency requirement

1.       Good technical skills & product knowledge

3.       Excellent customer service

4.       Good communication skills in English, Chinese, Malay

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

1.       At least an EWI / MLVK certificate or its equivalent

2.       Minimum 2 years of hands-on skincare experience without a certificate, and has to be evaluated by EWI

3.       Good complexion

4.       Good attitude

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Technical

1.       Perform all facial and body treatments according to the customer's needs and satisfaction

2.       Perform Speed Mapping analysis

3.       Provide ongoing skin consultation and result monitoring via the Skin Health Management system and the Account Management system

4.       Provide customer interaction beyond expectation and comprehensive product knowledge

5.       Fulfill the CT target set by the company

6.       Answer phone calls and assist at the front desk

7.       Attend to customer enquiries and maintain good customer care and services

8.       Assist in monitoring inventory movement, including retail & professional stock as well as miscellaneous items

9.       Responsible for treatment records, tele-marketing, appointment scheduling, follow-up & daily reports

10.    Ensure compliance with outlet operation policy and standard guidelines such as the grooming standards, SQ, Employee handbook, Account Management rules & regulations

11.    Other duties may be assigned by the company from time to time
